Each Member is responsible for all usage or activity on his Account, including use of the Account by any third party authorized by Member to do so. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of Member's Account, at the service's sole discretion & the activated Mobile Number will be legally pursued.
